At Genius X, we advise, develop the necessary networks, provide the financial infrastructure and technological expertise to propel early-stage startups towards attaining speed, scale, and edge. Genius X empowers founders to build impactful, blockchain-based and scalable companies.

To help establish Genius Yield as a premier DeFi platform, we are seeking to fill a position as Genius X Project Manager.

Your Tasks

• Project lead and management: represent the program during applications, onboard startups, relationship management, project coordination
• Stakeholder management: manage internal and external partners. Understand partner requirements, providing strong customer service
• Manage startup participation
• Guide startups during acceleration
• Advise startups through the program’s resources and align expectations
• Promote Genius X range of services
• Continuous acquisition of new program participants
• Contribute to publications/online content and industry events

Requirements

• University degree with 5+ years of proven experience as Program or Project Manager or a relevant role in a crypto/tech startup/scaleup environment
• Experience creating and executing creative and effective campaigns
• Proven success in executing program and event strategy
• Experience developing and executing an accelerator strategy
• Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter
• Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy
• Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple points both from inside and outside the organization
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders across various functional disciplines to understand their respective challenges and motivations.Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving, complex and sometimes ambiguous situations
• Mature judgment and discretion in keeping sensitive information confidential
• Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Sense of humility, with no job being too big or too small to undertake
